Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened item in a plain, discreet shipping box to ensure privacy and protect the product during transit.
Affix Label
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and attach the provided shipping label to the largest surface.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the seal integrity of the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
